During peak periods such as holidays and promotional campaigns, delivery times may be longer than usual due to high shipping volumes. We appreciate your patience and assure you that we are doing our best to process and deliver all orders as quickly as possible.
Once your order has been shipped, you may track your parcel using the tracking link provided via email (if available).
Order Processing & Shipping
- Orders are shipped on business days only (Monday to Friday), excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and Malaysia public holidays.
- For in-stock items, orders will be processed and shipped within 2–5 working days after order verification and payment approval.
- In most cases, orders may be shipped earlier than the stated timeframe.

Free Shipping Eligibility
- Free shipping is provided for orders shipped within Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Macau
Free shipping is available with a minimum purchase of MYR 100.
- All shipments are processed from our Malaysia and Singapore fulfilment facilities.
- We do not deliver to P.O. Box addresses.
International Shipping
- Free international shipping is available with a minimum purchase of USD 160.
- Mageline Beauty Store does not guarantee expedited or faster international delivery.
- International delivery times may vary depending on destination country and customs clearance procedures.
- Estimated delivery time is generally 1–2 weeks after shipment, though parcels often arrive sooner.
Please note:
- Customs authorities reserve the right to inspect or hold parcels, which may cause delays beyond our control.
- We do not pay or assist in paying any fees required for customs clearance or parcel release.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
- Prices paid online do not include any applicable customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees imposed by your local customs authority.
- Any customs duties or taxes incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer, and we do not reimburse these charges.
- We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office or visiting their official website prior to placing an order to understand any potential fees.
