Delivery & Shipping Policy
1. Shipping Coverage
We offer both domestic and international shipping. Orders will be delivered to the shipping address provided by the customer at checkout.
2. Order Processing Time
All orders will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Processing time does not include weekends or public holidays.
3. Estimated Delivery Time
Local & Selected Regions
- Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Macau
Estimated delivery time is within 7 business days after shipment.
International Shipping
- For other international destinations, delivery times may vary depending on the destination country and customs clearance.
- Estimated delivery time is generally 15–28 business days after shipment.
- Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs procedures, courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Shipping Fees & Free Shipping
Free Shipping Eligibility
- Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & Macau
Free shipping is available with a minimum purchase of MYR 100. - International Orders
Free international shipping is available with a minimum purchase of USD 180.
Shipping fees (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed at checkout before payment is completed.
5. Shipping Method & Tracking
- All orders are shipped via third-party logistics providers.
- Tracking information will be provided once the order has been shipped (where available).
6. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details.
We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
7. International Orders – No Returns Policy
- All international orders are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
- We do not accept returns or exchanges for international shipments due to delivery time, customs regulations, and shipping costs.
8. Damaged Items (International Orders)
- If an international order arrives damaged, customers must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the package.
- Clear photos or videos showing the damaged item and packaging must be provided for verification.
- Once verified, we will offer one of the following solutions at our discretion:
- A refund, or
- A replacement item to be sent together with the customer’s next order.
No replacement or refund will be issued without proper photo evidence.
9. Delays & Liability
While we strive to deliver orders on time, we are not liable for delays caused by courier services, customs clearance, or other factors beyond our control.
However, we will assist customers in tracking and following up on their shipments where possible.

Any changes will take effect immediately upon posting on our website.
