Please note that all goods sold are strictly non-exchangeable and non-refundable.



Exceptional Circumstances

We will review requests only under the following exceptional circumstances:


  • Order not received
  • Incomplete order (missing items, quantity, or accessories)
  • Incorrect product(s) received (e.g. wrong size, wrong colour, or different product)
  • Product received with physical damage (e.g. dented, scratched, cracked, or shattered)
  • Defective or faulty product (e.g. malfunctioning or not working as intended)

To help us resolve the issue promptly, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and supporting photos or videos where applicable.



Damaged or Defective Items

  • We will gladly replace any product that is damaged, leaking, broken, or defective due to shipment.
  • Photographic or video proof of the damage or defect is required for verification and investigation.
  • With valid proof, you do not need to return the item in order to receive a replacement.
  • At this time, refunds are not offered for items that arrive damaged.
  • Please allow 5–14 business days for replacement processing and dispatch after verification.



Return Shipping & Responsibility

  • Mageline Beauty Store is not responsible for any return shipping costs.
  • We do not assume responsibility for, nor compensate, returned packages lost in transit without confirmed proof of delivery to Mageline Beauty Store.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, as they are paid directly to our logistics partners.


For returns shipped from outside Malaysia, any taxes, duties, customs fees, or shipping charges incurred during the return process will be borne entirely by the customer.
